3. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after we verify payment or confirm via phone/message for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payment

We accept payment via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Card Payment, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.
For COD orders, customers may be required to pay a partial advance to confirm the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary based on location (inside/outside Dhaka) and are estimated, not guaranteed.
Enfemme is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
