Return & Exchange Policy – Enfemme
Enfemme does not offer a return policy. Please make sure you are confident about your size, color selection, and purchase decision before placing your order.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchange is offered only for pants, and only in case of a size issue.
- No exchange is available for any other product category.
Exchange Window
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Conditions
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us via our Facebook Page within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number along with photos/videos of the issue.
- Our team will verify and guide you through the exchange process.
